At Oudgalore, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging our luxury perfume oils, but if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you are eligible for a return.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Clear photos or videos of the damage may be required for verification

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used perfume oils
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect scent choice
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Orders reported after the 7-day return window

How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or damaged

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. These charges are non-refundable.
