For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfume oils.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us with photos of the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
